ice cream

lo create a detailed plan for making ice cream

aim i want to find out if you can make ice cream without a freezer

equipment list
2 medium zip lock bags link
1 large zip lock bags link
crushed ice link
sugar link
vanilla extract link
half and half link
gloves link
rock salt link
chocolate sauce link

method
1. fill the large zip lock bag half with crushed ice and six tablespoons off rock salt
2.put on gloves mix it up
3. mix 1/2 cup of half and half 1 tablespoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract in 1 medium zip lock bag
4.seal the bag you just put stuff into in the other medium zip lock bag
5. place the medium bags in the large bag
6. then shake the bags for 20 minutes
7. add chocolate syrup to the medium bag with ice cream
8. taste the new ice cream from inside the medium bag




1 it was achieved  we made ice cream without a freezer!!!!!
2 it was Delicious when we tasted it
3 the form was mostly liquid so that went wrong but the taste was perfect 10/10
4 not rip the bag
5 the salt melts some ice but also it makes the freezing temp lower
