2: we have grains vegetables dairy and meats/ alternative proteins
3: from the meat i can get iron and other nutrients like protein from the tortilla i can get fibre from the oil we get fats and from the lettuce we get vitamins and minerals

Next time, I will be asking you to give me an explanation of how we reduced the salt, fat and sugar in a recipe and why the nutreitns you are getting from the food you are cooking are important for you (a teenager).
