review on practical of bread cases


  • Knife safety: pointy end down, walking, be serious
  • wash clothes/spray wipe X 2 beginning and end of lesson
  • food scrap container food leftovers and empty it into the rubbish bin
  • recycling and rubbish know what to put in each
  • wash clothes+ clothes and water in sink until finished cooking

  1. my team could of been more coordinated in what to do and when to do it, and we could also be more careful with the equipment, (looking at you Jessie) we could also work better as a team
