5 practical outcomes home economics

1. koftas
i enjoyed making the grilled beef koftas I enjoyed them with a little bit of garlic salt i think my group preformed well on that day we did the measurements well and didn't have a meltdown that day I personally thought that it looked tasted and smelled really good it exceeded my expectations
2. chicken curry
I didn't really cook for this but i did get some of the groups food so i still had some food and i liked it i believe the groups worked well since the food tasted good
3. savoury scrolls
i believe the savoury scrolls were good i don't exactly remember them i think i expected worse from the group that i was in but nonetheless i believe it was good and we did well
4. pasta with tomato sauce
this was a disaster i believe that the taste was off it was too peppery somehow and it just didn't taste right to me but i believe that we did everything correctly and measured correctly but i just didn't like it
5. breakfast muffins
i don't know how these were since i gave them to my friends but i do know that the friend i gave them to enjoyed them so i guess they were good i don't know they're expectations were though

  1. Hi Joel and thanks for sharing the different food tech items. Sounds like your class got to make a real variety of things. I would have liked to taste the kofta rolls because they usually have mix of spicy and deep flavour. What do you think would have helped the pasta sauce? a retry from the start?
