in health we are doing well being particularly taha Wairua this is all about beliefs and what you think so basically what you believe in and your senses of right wrong and all that jazz

From the values you chose, write about the three that are most important to you
Why is this value important to you
Recall a moment in your life were you really “lived” these values
If this value is not being respected by others, how might you feel or react
Commitment:
Commitment is a key value for me as I will rarely give up even in grim situations and if someone needs my help even if i’m busy if i’m close to them is will try my best to help
Commitment is important to me as it makes up who i am when it comes to interaction as when i get asked for help i’ll spend my time doing it if i find it will help immensely
Earlier this year a friend got told to help their cousin with some work and they asked me to help as they didn’t fully understand it and i spent my breaks and a bit of time at home to do it for them
I’d probably feel betrayed because of the fact that it is one of my defining characteristics and i show it a lot of the time and so i would probably feel betrayed
Friendship:
Friendship is important to me as I believe that the more friends you have and the closer you are to them the more likely you are to get their help when you need it so when you treat friends well they’ll treat you well
Friendship is important to me as i rely on others to help me with certain things like how you rely on a chef to cook their best when you go to a restaurant, as when they don’t do their best it can sometimes hurt you
Earlier this year a friend got told to help their cousin with some work and they asked me to help as they didn’t fully understand it and i spent my breaks and a bit of time at home to do it for them
Again i would feel betrayed because then my “friends” are just using me to get their work done and just have me around so they don’t have to do work or not as much work
openness:
Openness is important to me as I feel that unless it’s super personal it should be open to discussion I feel that no matter what you should be able to speak your mind and have options open to you
Openness is important to me as i believe that it’s incredibly harmful to keep things bottled up inside and when you can fully express yourself it feels great as you don’t have to worry about keeping secrets
When i was in fiji at our school we were extremely sexist (cause we didn’t know about sexism or racism or really any of that jazz) we really only went with the other gender when we got put into a group with them… until i realized that i’d probably get married to a girl (we also didn’t know all that much about sexuality) and so i started hanging out with girls and eventually stopped hanging out with the guys cause i prefered the girls and also they were nice to me basically straight of the bat
I’d feel upset and sad because since i really think that openness should be an option for everyone and not to be used for getting people to do things for you
