curiously, Joel somehow got a British accent
while the students were writing, Mrs Handley was shuffling sticks

colour, music and setting are all integral for a good movie
natural, earthy and faded could be used to describe the colour palette of District 12
interestingly, Gary Ross's 'The Hunger Games' managed to show emotional weight using very little music
in the Capitol, colour is used to engage the viewer by showing the futuristic, metallic and technological landscape, this shows us that not everyone is in the same poverty as those in District 12.
costume is used effectively in the capitol to engage the viewer in the theme of rich vs poor as the costumes in the capitol are juxtaposed to those of District 12, whilst District 12 has dull, faded and over-worn clothes the Capitol has bright vibrant colours like reds, blues and yellows.
