ancient egyptians were responsible for many things such as timing mathematics and building the great pyramids. we're not fully sure how they were built but we believe that they could've been made by dragging blocks of stone on sleds that were pushed on wet sand to reduce drag along the sand they were then stacked to create the pyramids and their tombs they then were sealed once the pharaoh was sealed inside the sarcophagus, they were then left alone, they weren't built by slaves but paid workers who were buried near the pyramids, so in conclusion we only partially know how the pyramids were built: by paid workers using sleds to carry the blocks of stone over wet sand
